Hi everyone!

Here's a quick update. I've been busy working quite a few weekends this year, as I was a temporary Team Leader on my job for five months, and I became a permanent Team Leader about a month and a half ago. But I've been off for four weekends in a row including this four day one, so I'm pretty de-stressed now.

We had a nice time at my mom's house on Thanksgiving day, and since then I have spent the last two day's being partly lazy and relaxing, and partly busy trying to fix a few things around the house. Today it was change light bulbs, and replace a few parts on the toilets. Nothing too hard really, but at least I got a little bit done.

My wife and kids spent the day in downtown Seattle doing a charity walk which supported Seattle Children's Hospital. Always a good cause, as even our own daughter Anna had a minor procedure done there when she was two years old.

So, church and more relaxing tomorrow, and then back to work the next day. Other than that I haven't been doing too much else exiting, but I have been working on my Blogger blogs and I am trying to get better at editing HTML. Here is a link to an online site that has tutorials on HTML, Java Script, etc. I think learning about this stuff is kind of interesting and it's useful if you use a service like Blogger because they let you have the freedom to edit your site as much as you want to, so I'm trying to learn a little more on my own. Also, I'm still keeping up on Spaces when I have time, but I still wonder if Microsoft has plans to keep it around or not when Windows Live finishes getting it's next update. Blogger has had a bunch of improvements and new features added lately, with more to come. Since it's last update, Spaces remains largely hidden and ignored. As for Facebook, I still have it, but it is mostly ignored by me because I just don't care much for it. To each his, or her own I guess.

I've also been feeding my addiction to Haagen-Dazs white chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream again tonight, something I should stop doing because I have high cholesterol and I could stand to lose about forty pounds.

I can't believe that our baby girl is five years old already. Where has the time gone? It seems like just yesterday that she was still a baby. We celebrated her birthday over at my mom's house today, and we also took her to eat at Red Robin last weekend for an early birthday lunch. As presents, she received a cute purse-like bag that holds two stuffed animal dogs, some clothes, and some Hello Kitty stuff too. For food, we had Pizza from Sam's club, pasta salad, which my wife made, and of course the usual birthday cake and ice cream. She said that she had a really fun birthday!
